     37  - Activity name: Provide a descriptive name for the activity, so students understand its purpose.
     38  - External URL: Paste the full URL of VCR Meeting link you want to link to.
     39  - Description (optional): Add a brief description of the activity or the content of the linked resource.

     42 when VRC meeting repeat you can add it to the Calendar

     44 - Copy the VCR meeting link.
     45 - Navigate to the Dashboard Menu in Moodle.
     46 - Locate and access the Calendar on the Dashboard page.
     47 -  Choose the date for the VCR Meeting or Click on "New Event" Button.
