How should an Institute get the federated facilities enabled

A campus should have a identity database (LDAP) and have a Identity Provide to connect the identity database with LIAF.

  • Minimum Hardware requirement
    • VM/PC/Server with 8GB RAM.
  • OS requirement
    • Ubuntu 18.04 LTS Server version

What should be setup inside the campus

  1. Setup the Container Environment - Containers using LXC
  1. Install and configure a Identity Database (LDAP) , GUI to manage and access the database
  1. Install and configure Identity Provider (IDP)
  1. Register the IDP with LIAF
